goanimate

I just found out that teachers can sign up for 100 student accounts for free. It should be so much better than having all the students using one account where they can accidently delete the work of others. If you have not used this with students, it is a comic maker that the kids love to use. Go to http://goanimate4school.com

Mike Lupica coming to Concord

Mike Lupica, Hero
Wednesday, November 10, 7 PM
Gibson's Bookstore

Talented sportswriter Mike Lupica has reinvented himself over the past few years
as an immensely successful author of young adult stories. His latest
installment, Hero, is the story of fourteen-year-old Zach Harriman, whose dad
had been a hero, a savior to America and a confidante of the president. Then he
died, and the changes began in Zach. What Zach never knew was that his father
was no ordinary man--he was a superhero, battling the world's evil. And now
it's Zach's turn to take on the fight, with new super powers that are only just
beginning to develop....

Mike Lupica is a fabulous sports fiction writer who is very popular with RMS students. Please let your students know that they have the opportunity to actually meet him!!
